Impressions of the first Global Ideas Lab 2025, which took place in Berlin in collaboration with the Global Health master's program at Akkon Hochschule.
The aim of the workshop was to impart knowledge on various topics related to global health. The diverse program encompassed topics such as infectious diseases, health inequities, determinants of health, differences between health systems, and global public health in general. Ethical aspects were also discussed. Possible solutions to approach challenges such as antimicrobial resistances, non-communicable diseases, or universal health coverage were developed in inspiring group sessions.
The program was also intended to connect students and young professionals from different backgrounds with each other and with selected topics and UnifiedForHealth e.V.
